Welcome to The School of Dan Tian Wellness LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms, Disclaimers, and Policies govern your use of our website, courses, programs, events, and related materials (collectively, the “Program” or the “Site”). By accessing, registering for, or participating in any Program or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read carefully.

1. Educational & Entertainment Purpose Only

This includes, without limitation, physical, mental, emotional, or financial harm. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties against all claims arising from your engagement with the Program.
Within the context of the Programs, Dr. Edith Chan serves as an educational facilitator, not as your medical provider. Comments, stories, and suggestions are for general educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional advice.

3. Participant Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own interpretation and use of Program materials.
• Comments made by instructors or participants reflect their personal experience and opinion only and not to be construed as professional advise.
• The School of DTW LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your personal decisions or use of Program content.

4. Video/Photography Consent, Waiver & Release
By registering for our programs, you consent to be audio/video recorded, photographed, and to have your likeness used for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes in perpetuity, without expectation of compensation.
You waive any rights or claims to future royalties or approval.

5. Refund Policy
Your purchase of a product or service or entry to an event may or may not provide for any refund.  Each specific product, service, event or course will specify its own refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All materials, including text, images, audio, video, and course content, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share materials without prior written consent by The School of Dan Tian Wellness LLC and Dr. Edith Chan.

All our discussion groups are offered as a safe and supportive space for our members’ personal and collective growth and evolution. Open-minded discussion and inquiry is always welcomed when done in a kind and mutually-respectful manner. Any personal attacks, name-calling or finger-pointing will not be tolerated and will result in removal from our community forums and groups. By joining our community discussion groups, you agree to bring an energy of mutual respect and kindness and courtesy to all posts.
