Meet Dr. Edith

Welcome friend. I'm so happy you are here. My name is Dr Edith Ubuntu Chan. Inspired by a series of meditation-induced mystical experiences, I've devoted my life to exploring the frontiers of our Human Possibilities.  I'm excited to share with you the very best.  

​It's my job to help Visionaries like you - master your energy, clarity and inner alignment - so that you can fully express your mission and purpose and create your most beautiful life.

​As a Consciousness & Human Potential Coach and a Holistic Medicine Doctor, it's my passion to help you embody your most vibrant and authentic self — and live this beautiful state on a consistent basis — so that you can serve the world with the very best of yourself.

​Like you, I have many passions that weave together this tapestry of life. I’m an author, speaker, coach, a nature lover, and a holistic mama of two Luminous Kids.​  My background includes life as a NCAA Division-1 Rower at Harvard University, turned competitive Triathlete (co-founder & coach of SF Triathlon Club), turned fearlessly bad Hip-hop Dancer, and an interactive play-structure for my kids!  ​Weaving together my background in math, engineering, and tech, together with the mystical gifts of meditation and visionary realms, this adventure of life is often magical beyond words.

The backstory

​From Math at Harvard to holistic healing.

My story  began in the middle of a Qigong class during Chinese Medicine School.   I had recently made the nerve-wracking move to leave a high-paying but unfulfilling job in Software, after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University in Applied Mathematics.  Perhaps you have made a scary move like this too, or contemplating one now?   Despite all my fears & doubts, I mustered up the courage to leave Tech to pursue my unconventional childhood dream to be a Chinese Medicine Healer.  

It was during Chinese Medicine school, in one particular Qigong class… where I dropped deeply into meditation... and something profound and unexpected happened.

In one moment, I was following a peaceful guided meditation. Then in the next moment... I experienced myself BURSTING into Infinite pieces of LOVE and LIGHT. 

I experienced myself the size of the entire cosmos.  ​

Beyond time. Beyond space. I was infinite pieces of love and light.

​The experience was so intensely Blissful ~ so profoundly Beautiful ~ so overflowing in Love...  ​I had no reference point for anything like this.

All I knew was that... I was HOME. ​

​All I knew was that... this profound Love, Contentment, Oneness... this is our Natural State.

Eventually I returned to the physical body.   In Pure ~ Wordless ~ Gratitude.​

​​The tears starting pouring and pouring.  Every fiber of my being was changed.  There were simply no words to describe the beauty of the experience. All I knew was that, from this new vantage point, much of what we've been told about Life were untrue.

The experienced woke me up to a realization - a very uncomfortable realization - that what we've been told about this reality was backwards and upside-down. 

So it turned me into a seeker - studying thousands of books on Personal Growth, Human Potential, Metaphysics, Consciousness, and the Nature of Reality.   I traveled around the world, learning from Meditation Masters, Teachers and Healers — which led to many transformative experiences to clarify and anchor in this new state of being.  

In the subsequent decade+, there would be many more “Awakening” or “Mystical” experiences, each adding pieces to the puzzle, until this state of consciousness gradually stabilized into everyday life.

I have very good news.

I discovered that we human beings are Vast, Beautiful, and Powerful beyond our imagination.

We won the cosmic lottery to be here on earth - during this time of profound change and transformation.

We have come here to rapidly co-evolve and create a far more beautiful world.
